It offers a variety of programs and services concerned with how to live wisely and well, from how to find fulfilling work to how to master the art of relationships to how to better understand, and where necessary change, the world.
The School of Life for Business division offers programmes designed to build emotional maturity in the workplace through the teaching of 20 core Emotional Skills. In this short intro to Emotional Intelligence in the workplace, Sarah explains what emotional intelligence means, how it can make teams and organisations more creative, collaborative, and productive, and how we can practice key emotional skills on a daily basis. She also demonstrates some useful techniques to help you access and develop your emotional intelligence.
