This trophy requires you to survive close to 8 hours in a extreme conditions planet (you will know when you'll find one).
You can not leave the planet and you can not die, or the counter will reset.
The counter will pause if you remain inside your ship or inside large buildings, and if you go to the pause menu.

1- Find a extreme conditions or high security sentinels planet.
2- Land your ship close to a small building
3- Save your game often to avoid a random crash
4- Get as many stacks of Plutonium, so you can periodically recharge your Life Support Unit
5- Have some Life Support upgrades installed in your suit, each recharge lasted for two hours on my Life Support setting
6- Go into the small structure (it has to be one of those small buildings) and stay idle until trophy pops, while remembering to recharge your Life Support Unit from time to time and save.
7- Since this can take a while, I left my gamepad plugged in.
