The 1980 horror movie The Shining is considered a cult classic and my viewers decided that this movie was what I should watch for my Halloween movie of 2023 as a first time watch.
The shining follows a family who become caretakers of an isolated hotel for a Winter. Sinister prescence's influence the father into violently attacking his family, while his psychic son sees horrific forebodings from both past and future.
The movie stars Jack Nicholson as Jack Torrance, Shelley Duvall as
Wendy Torrance, Danny Lloyd as Danny Torrance, Scatman Crothers as
Hallorann and Philip Stone as Grady and is streaming on @Netflix.
