Overall in this level costs 3600 coins. So not only you'll need to look for the coins around this level, but also other levels where you might have missed it.

On the other hand, you may want to take a civilian vehicle for a wager race. It will be hard, but not to hard and it rewards you 200 coins. If not, go back to level 6 and do that wager race instead. Repeat them until you get higher than 3600 coins.
