This means that focusing on the charisma skill is a really simple way you can make your sim's social interactions go more smoothly. Every single sim will gain the charisma skill in their life because it is gained mainly through interacting with other sims and making friends.

You should try to be either happy or confident if you want to gain the charisma skill quickly in the sims 4. If you want to gain the charisma skill quickly you'll find that the self assured, outgoing, or cheerful traits will be super helpful.

There are 3 ways you can easily gain the charisma skill, of course you can gain it through reading books. But you can also gain it through practicing speeches on the computer or through actually talking to other sims. There's even a chance of gaining the skill through social networking.

When you first start developing your Charisma skill with your sim, you’ll only have a few simple introductions. As you grow the skill, you’ll be able to unlock new introductions that will help to give a boost to your relationship levels.
At level 4 of the charisma skill you’ll be able to use the cheerful introduction and this one gives your sims a small boost in the friendly relationship.
As level 5 of the charisma skill your sim can now use a flirty introduction that will give a boost to your romantic relationship, just beware of married sims as this may make them dislike you. At level 8 of the charisma skill you’ll unlock the enchanting introduction which will give a boost to both your romantic and friendship bar.

One of the best things about growing skills in the sims 4 is that you can unlock new interactions and charisma has a few good ones. At lower levels of charisma you’ll unlock things like brighten day and flatter which are awesome friendly interactions that all sims seem to enjoy.

At level 4 of the charisma skill you’ll unlock the smooth apology interaction which can save your sim from any awkward or embarrassing moment you may be experiencing. This is particularly helpful if you have a not so great romantic moment.
At level 6 of the charisma skill you can unlock sweet talk which is a great way to increase your romance with another sim.

When you reach level 7 you’ll be able to ask other sims for a loan. You don’t need to pay back these loans, however, if you do pay them back you’ll see a small relationship boost. Never ask a sim who you aren’t good friends with for a large loan because chances are they will say no and it may affect your friendship level.
