The Splatterhouse Series Review | The Big Daddy D's Classic Game Reviews
It's been a few months since I last did a classic game review. So seeing as it's nearly Halloween, I've decided to take a retrospective look at the gore-tastic Splatterhouse series ...
This review takes a look at the original Splatterhouse on the TurboGraphix-16, along with it's two sequels on the Sega Megadrive/Genesis, the 2010 remake on XBox 360/PS3 and even the obscure parody "Wanpaku Graffiti" on the NES.
I originally had planned to feature footage from both the Arcade and TG-16 versions of the original Splatterhouse, but ran into a few technical problems with the Arcade footage, so I'm afraid that I've had to repeat footage from the TG-16 version a couple of times. Still, it gives you an idea what the game was like.
Happy Halloween!
