A young couple, Sarah and Jake, were reported missing after their family had received no messages, phone calls, or any other sort of contact for weeks after they had gone camping in Yosemite National Park. According to a particular member of the family that wants to remain anonymous, the couple were going on a romantic camping trip and Sarah had maintained regular contact with her family. So it struck them as odd when the regular contact had suddenly stopped, and then remained silent for days and then days turned into weeks.
This is the story of what might have happened to the young couple.
