211It's pretty much the last bit that I wanted to show but I left in the rest with some narration because it's all pretty stupid.
(Yes I'm aware Wesker has super human powers, doesn't make it any less silly)
Some context: The Russian guy is Sergei Vladimir (Yes that's really his name) and he's one of Spencer's apparently most trusted subordinates, who in fact was responsible for retrieving all the battle data from the mansion and Raccoon City incidents or something. His aim is to rebuild Umbrella after everything went to shit.
He's never mentioned ever before or ever again except for some mention of the incident in the archive files in Resident Evil 5, so apparently this shit is actually canon.
