Here we have a half hack, of which we'll unfortunately be seeing quite a lot of as I go through and record the hacks I never recorded the first time through. Why unfortunate? Because they're called half hacks for not actually changing the layout at all. Which means we'll eventually be seeing a lot of the same thing over and over again.
I spend some time explaining why half hacks generally suck, and the goal of this one is pretty much the same as every other one. Make the game harder. To be fair to this hack though, it does it in slightly different ways for a bit. In this first video, we get through the early Crateria stuff and end off heading to Brinstar.
