The Nostalgium is a secret stage, and as The Sword of Ianna is made by Retroworks from Spain this stage is a tribute to old Spanish games for the ZX Spectrum. You enter the Nostalgium with the password "0CAFECAFE0" (Zero at the start and at the end).
