Pretty competent beat'em up, although the controls are a bit sluggish. The hit detection needs a bit more work too. The animations are very lengthy and you can't cancel them, meaning, you just have to get used to it and plan one move ahead. I guess, it was a design choice. Pretty good moveset, and all four characters play differently, which is a big plus. Punches and kicks have weight to it, which, again, is a big plus, although, that has to be a given in a beat'em up. Graphics and animations are very smooth too, and the game boosts a nice and varied roster of enemies. Connor is the slowest character, but his damage, and his forward special more than make up for it. His shotgun is a killer too.
All in all, one of the better modern beat'em ups, imo. If you are into this genre, definitely give this game a go!
