The Tale of the Underwater Pyramid
The underwater pyramid, also known as the Yonaguni Monument, was discovered off the coast of Yonaguni Island in Japan by a local diver named Kihachiro Aratake in 1985. The structure consists of various terraces, platforms, and walls, and has been estimated to be around 60 meters in height.
The discovery of the structure has led to much speculation about its origins. Some believe that it may be a natural formation, while others argue that it was created by ancient civilizations, possibly as far back as 10,000 years ago. Some have even suggested that it may have been part of the lost continent of Mu, which according to legend, sank beneath the Pacific Ocean thousands of years ago.
Despite numerous studies and debates, the origin and purpose of the Yonaguni Monument remain a mystery to this day.
