Scanning the QR Code in A3 world will reveal Uriel's quote : "THE EAGLE HAS LANDED 31 39 36 39 2f 30 37 2f 32 30 20 32 30 3a 31 38 Now is the Time of tranquillity, and I shall rest and observe the Earth. -- Uriel4". It refers to Armstrong's first words when Apollo 11 mission landed on the moon at Sea of Tranquility :""Houston, Tranquility Base here. The Eagle has landed".
The Hex code reveals the landing date and time, 1969/07/20 at 20:18. The 24 pillars and the clock behind the QR code obviously refers to some sort of hour. In roman numerals 20 is XX and 18 is XVIII, but dialing XX and XVIII won't work, 18 refering to minutes, it corresponds to VII (7) on the clock. Dialing XX and VII will reveal a secret room under the fountain where you will find the star.
20 and 7 are also the day and month of the landing.
