A few years ago, a Metacritic based version of this video was published - and the response was ...mixed. Metacritic lists tend to have a few quirks - and it was apparently very triggering to Pokemon fans. Instead, the games presented in *this* video are based off researching various "best-of" lists from around the internet (e.g. Nintendo Life, Games Radar, RetroDodo, etc) and a few fan forums.
The games are shown in ALPHABETICAL ORDER, and multiple "versions" of the same game have been collapsed into a single entry. This should appease all the lunatic Pokemon fans who were sending me legit death threats because apparently "POKEMON EMERALD SHOULD BE NUMBER 1!!1!1!!"
