Released for PlayStation on November 1, 1996 . As the release was delayed compared to other platforms, there are many additional elements.
If you select an installed item with the magnifying glass icon, you can see the inside of the item in the movie. If you select a SECOM room with the magnifying glass icon at midnight, you can go on a night patrol and see the inside of the building in 3D.
There are 5 types of maps. Each map has different needs for each tenant, as well as unique transportation and restaurants.
