Wrath of the Righteous is a mighty campaign featuring the forces of heaven and the abyss. In the north of Golarion the Worldwound spews forth vile demons which threaten to overwhelm the continent if not the very world itself. Angels and demons battle as human crusaders strive to push back the forces of darkness. It is a tale of virtue and sacrifice but also one of corruption and darkness. Shall our heroes prevail against wickedness or will they fall into it's clutching grasp, never to see the light of hope again?

Previous adventure paths have enjoyed being rather ambiguous about who the villains truly are. Are they evil or simply misunderstood? In Wrath of the Righteous it's a rather more straightforward affair (and one rather reminiscent of the Diablo franchise). Heroes and demons. You know who the good guys are and who's bad.... or do you? Knaves and cultists have been rooted out among the crusade and few know for certain who is they can trust. Furthermore the otherworldly forces of the demons press on regardless. Can we stop this tide of malicious hate?
