Ruthless POE Mode Basics:
- SIGNIFICANTLY reduced drop rates and rarity of items and crafting materials
- Crafting bench is disabled
- All support gems and most auras cannot be purchased, only found naturally and extremely rare
- Most movement speed gems are not available
- Vendor items are reduced and significantly more expensive
- Reduced experience gain for characters (applied from level 68 onwards) and gems
- Pantheon powers are disabled
- Certain quest rewards are altered
- More punishing flask recovery
- Hardcore ruthless characters are moved to the 'void league' on death
- League encounters are much more rare
- Onslaught does not grant increased movement speed
