In this video I go over a recent study by a group of researchers from the University of Iowa showing a higher rate of oncogenes, or cells which promote the change of healthy cells into cancer cells, in autistic people than in non-autistic people. The study also shows, surprisingly, a lower rate of actual cancer in the autistic group versus the non-autistic group.
