Hi everyone, sorry it's been a couple weeks since I've uploaded. To be honest, last week I had anxiety that felt paralysing and it didn't pass. I took the time to reflect on what I've been doing and if I'm being honest with myself and all of you, I lost myself a little along the way.
Going forward I'm making content that I feel proud to put up.
New videos will be a weekly - high effort - high edited
No click-bait, and using the word "need" and such.
everything else will be me just being me, not being what I think I need to be to grow.
I hope you all understand and enjoy the new format. For the first time in a while, I'm excited and full of ideas. I have a lot to learn about this style of video for myself, but that's part of the journey. I hope you can all join me. (and Nat, though she'll be taking more of a back seat as she has work, which is busy at the moment!)
