32Longplay of The Ward, or The Ward: Posłaniec z Przyszłości (Messenger from the Future), a 2000 Point & Click game, with Sci-fi and cyberpunk themes all over it, plus a healthy dose of aliens. A very futuristic future, even if it is in fact 1979 xD. It was developed by Fragile Bits, Croat studio, and published by On-Deck Interactive. It was first released in Croatia 2000, then worldwide in January 2001, for the PC. Here it is played via dgVoodoo at 1920x1440 4:3 resolution, with point-sampled nearest neighbour texture/screen scaling for the optimal quality, everything maxed out. Recorded at 1440p60 H.265 HEVC via OBS.
One tough, and complicated game. Many futuristic/eletronics-related puzzles and stuff. Clearly not for anyone looking for a casual sci-fi game to play around with, oh no. xD

Synopsis of the story
The story follows the fictionalized version of events of the Apollo 19 mission from 1979. Two of the crew member are found dead, with the protagonist, David Walker, finding himself in an extraterrestrial laboratory. Throughout the story, the protagonist realizes he is meant to be the mythical Ward, in order to resolve the conflict between two alien races; the Greys and the Reptillians. He sets out to help humanity from total annihilation, but also aids Greys in their war against their former masters, the reptillians. During the course of the adventure, he uncovers many secrets and histories of the universe.
