Jon is once again headed to the frozen tundra of Alaska as he revisits The Wild Eight a couple of days ahead of its Early Access launch on Steam.

Developed by Eight Points and Fntastic (with the help of publishers HypeTrain Digital), The Wild Eight tells the story of eight people fighting to survive after their plane crashes in the wilderness of Alaska. With a procedurally generated tile based world filled with ice, wolves and other dangers - anything and everything can kill you. (Especially if you've not stocked up on firewood.) As such this is a crafting survival game with a definite focus on cooperation and cooperative gameplay. And as the title might suggest can be played with up to 8 people.

The game is headed to PC on Steam Early Access and is also due to come out on both PS4 & Xbox One at some point in the future.
