This is my review of The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings. I am still new at reviewing games so positive and negative feedback would be appreciated. I played the WItcher 2 quite a bit and thought I would give my thoughts about it. The Witcher 2 is also one of my first pc games(other being fallout collection and civlization 5). So yeah, just getting into pc gaming.

The Witcher 2 is a rpg with a real time combat system. It took me about 20-25 hours to complete the game.

Pros:
-great and compelling storyline
-good combat system
-good replay value with different paths to take(an extra point for them actually being different from each other)
-Fantastic graphics/artstyle

Cons:
-iffy targeting sytem
-alchemy being trial and error
- length is shorter to other RPGs

Summary:

The Witcher 2 is an amazing game. It's a beautiful game, has a compelling story which warrents multiple playthroughs, the combat system is pretty good, and the mini games to distract you are pretty fun as well. There are a few problems with it such as The Withcer 2 targeting system, the length of the game itself, and a few minor problems. But overall, it's a solid game. You could tell that the developer really gave it their all in creating the game from the gorgeous graphics to even the boxset of the game itself. Really, just look at the boxset. You really don't see boxets like these for pc gaming. Overall, I say it was worth my money though I only paid like $3 for it so that's not really saying much.
