The Witcher, in my opinion, is an unexpected success. I had some gripes, mostly with casting, and armor design... but overall it succeeded in telling a witcher universe tale that came together with escalating tension.

I would absolutely continue watching for further seasons and would feel pretty confident recommending it, especially to fans who have pre-existing knowledge from either the video games or the books.
