The Wizard starring Fred Savage wasn't the first movie disguised as an advertisement, but it was the only one related to the biggest video game of the era - Super Mario Bros 3. Released on December 15, 1989, The Wizard follows two brothers Corey and Jimmy on their way to California. Along the way they meet Haley and decide to challenge Lucas in the Video Armageddon!
I give my thoughts on the movie and provide a where are they now for some of the major actors.
