(Historia)
¡Ábrete camino en "SHIBUYA" y sobrevive al juego de siete días de los Segadores!
El protagonista Neku se despierta en medio del concurrido cruce de Shibuya sin saber cómo llegó hasta ahí.
Sin saber que está forzado a participar en el "Juego de los Segadores" , Neku tiene que pactar con Shiki, una jugadora adolescente que se encuentra.
Neku tiene que pelear para sobrevivir completando misiones que le mandan y derrotando las criaturas llamadas "Ruido". Haciendo esto, se enfrentará al "Juego de los Segadores" mientras averigua la verdad oculta en sus recuerdos.
