40Sometimes you find games that make you think, how did that get made? And Misfortune - A Story of Suspicious Friendships (or the Japanese title Yaku: Yuujou Dangi), is one of those... You play it and think, what is this? Why does this exist? In a positive way! Because bad games are better than good games (it does make sense, trust me)! And yeah, it was made by Idea Factory, the guys and gals behind the Neptunia games nowadays. So the thumbnail makes sense! Even if it looks like it doesn't! Maybe I just wanted to draw Nia as Neptune... Nep nep...
We all had SUS friendships once, right? But I'm not gonna tell you my whole lfiestory here, I guess... It would be way too long. Or maybe way too short since I am a short person. Maybe we should become friends? Totally not a parasocial thing to say... I don't even know what I am writing anymore in my descriptions. But yeah, this is quite the hidden gem (that's what a Redditor would say) for the PS1... Or maybe it's the complete opposite. Still worth a play though. In the end, it still may be the worst horror game and also visual novel on the Playstation...
