In October of 2020 I encountered an issue where bad actors resubmitted YouTube Audio Library tracks into Content ID under different artist names and track names then used rights management services to Content ID people's videos who were using older YTAL tracks.

Starting a companion blog entry to keep track of all the compromised songs. πŸ™

Only YouTube can fix this by adding the YouTube Audio Library to Content ID and making it so the system rejects any attempts to resubmit audio that's a match. πŸ€”
