Let's talk about one of those Yuan-ti Purebloods that was raised as human!
Zaltys Serrat was a yuan-ti pureblood and never even knew it! She always had this wierd,
Scaly rash on her lower back, and she was part of the House Serrat caravan.
See, Zaltys was originally intended by the high priests to be sacrificed to the tribe's anathema, basically a
bigass ball of snake, when she was only an infant! But the tribe was attacked by derro slavers from the Underdark.
Within MINUTES, her tribe was no more. It was merely a fateful meeting with Krailash, a caravan guard who was
scouting the ruins for goods that caused her survival.
Krailash took Zaltys back to the Serrat caravan and Alaia Serrat adopted her as her own!
