There are different types of equilibria depending on the composition of equilibrium mixture. Homogenous equilibrium contains all the species in same phase and heterogeneous equilibrium
\( \mathrm{P} \) contains different phases. If heterogeneous equilibrium involves pure solid or liquid, then their concentration or pressure term is not included in \( \mathrm{K}_{\mathrm{C}} \) or \( \mathrm{K}_{\mathrm{P}} \) respectively.
