There Is No Person - Non Duality and the Nature of the Self - There is no person? On the surface this seems totally nonsensical. But what it is referring to is a very simple and even psychologically sound perspective. Who you THINK you are is never who you ACTUALLY are. Don't the the non-duality thing throw you. That is only a way expressing the important idea that appears in both vedanta and zen. And that is that you cannot know yourself like one thing knowing another because you are not two. You must know yourself from the inside.

A few years I put on a workshop, to try to explain, as simply as I could, what is mean by non-duality. After offering it for free for quite a while I moved it over to my new platform and made it a paid course.
