I feel like I knew about this, and then completely forgot about it. But it appears there there is an app version of the folklore.org website. It is not developed by Andy Hertzfeld (the curator of folklore.org), but the app seems pretty simple in terms of what it's actually doing (opening the website in "reader" mode). It's neat. Check it out.
