Just because you get WIPED at the Sunken Ring team fight while on Offense, does not mean you 100% lost the game. Get Rank 2 ASAP and then head to the Broken Temple to build Demolishers to drop the Northwest Wall and shoot over the Inner West Wall to the Main Entrance! But you only have a SMALL window to do it before the ALLY make their way back to the Fortress!
