A collection of some of the most interesting parts of my Ghost / 100% loot playthrough done on default Master difficulty with 0 knockouts, 0 suspicions raised, 0 times being detected. Mostly these are places where I expended resources (arrows or focus) or exploited some obscure game mechanic to get the loot stealthily. I also included a couple of updates to my Iron Ghost run, showing how to progress through certain areas without rope or water arrows.

I must add that zeroes in all stealth stats don't necessarily mean perfect ghosting. I got some of the loot only thanks to the fact that causing physical damage (with any kind of arrows) or stun effects (with flash bombs or choke arrows) DOES NOT get you detected and DOES NOT contribute to the number of suspicions raised. However it DOES alert the enemies to Yellow level, which gets you some amount of Opportunist points in the main missions (10% for physical damage, 40% for a stun).

The only alternative is creating distractions with noises, getting a low-level alert (a white eye with two red dots) but raising a suspicion. Unfortunately, you have to decide what you want: 100% loot, no high-level alerts or clean stats -- and you can only pick two options. The game doesn't allow you to achieve all 3 at once.

THE CITY:
00:00 - Basso's Job: The Rule of Thumb. Pretty hard if you want to do it without knocking out the guy.
01:21 - Stone Market, Watch Station Plaza: the secret basement. A rare example of a true darkness, so despite how it looks you can grab the items from the desk freely after you douse the torch. I also show how to extinguish a flame with a water arrow without alerting anyone in the vicinity. All you have to do is aim slightly to the side of the target in any direction, but not too far away. Note that enemies can still hear the arrow hitting a wall if they're close.
02:40 - Stone Market, Troy's Apothecary: looting Troy's desk in front of 2 guards. I have to listen to the patrolling guard's footsteps and time the opening of the door correctly, so that he'd conceal the door with his body from the sitting guard. I used the same trick to grab the loot from the upper left drawer.
03:12 - Basso's Job: The Tinker's Trinket. I use the "invisible water arrow" trick again here and fire a choke arrow to stun the guard and prevent him from seeing me open the door.
06:08 - Stone Market, Shinsworth Lane: an unmarked area with a guard sitting and staring at a cupboard full of loot. If you want to access the area you have to drop the hanging crate, because the guard can see you opening the door from the outside. To get to the loot you either have to distract the guard or use choke arrows.

CLIENT JOBS:
08:33 - Vitori Job: The Carnal Connoisseur. You have to be very fast if you want to get all loot in this mission and stay unseen.
13:02 - Ector Job: Silence is Golden. The only tricky part was to figure out how to get past the guard near the stairs.
19:37 - Vitori Job: Sideshow Attraction. I left only the part with the safe from the beginning of the mission, because the rest of it is rather trivial. I went with a broadhead instead of choke arrow for variety's sake and, as you can see, it made no difference in how the guard reacted.

MAIN MISSIONS:
20:55 - Ch.6, looting the safe on the mansion's 2nd floor. Ideally it should have worked like this: extinguish the candles, unlock the safe, open it, grab one item and close the safe again so as not to alert the guard. Repeat the "open-grab-close" part 3 more times. Unfortunately, the guard is bugged and would stop patrolling after you do it once. The only way to fix this is to save and reload after each time you get an item. Here I show how to do it without having to rely on the save-reload method and with 0 suspicions. I use another safe as a distraction, but at the cost of Yellow level alert (~20% Opportunist points).
22:45 - Ch.7, Disarming the trap to access the secret area in the Cathedral. I also show how to get to the lift without the rope arrow by hiding behind the patrolling guard's back.
26:05 - Ch.7, The Thief-Taker General. I wanted to get all loot in the room and relieve the General of his purses without using arrows or flash bombs to stun him. I did have to use focus to pickpocket him, though, because otherwise he would detect me mid-attempt. I'm not sure what upgrade exactly (Stealth or Dexterity) helped me do it. As a bonus, I also picked the lock on the exit door without dousing the torch near it.
28:41 - Ch.8, outside the ship. By itself, that gold ashtray is nothing special. What I find interesting is that having both of the Stealth focus upgrades allows you to get it in two simple swoops, removing the need for choke arrows/distractions. I can think of only 2 other instances in the whole game where focus enables you to do something you can't do normally.
29:18 - Ch.8, Stowage Deck. An update to my Iron Ghost video showing how to get through the area without a rope arrow.
