0【60hz】Real talk? I'd love for the controls to be reworked. The whole holding to be quiet mechanic is okay, but doesn't quite work very reliably. Whether this is intended, or just excused by your thief being a bit nervous, I don't really care, it's frustrating.
The game is overall pretty buggy. Having to stand up or even jump to get onto stairs is not alright. Also, thievery items to just vanish isn't, either.
Also, I do have a controller plugged in, but play with mouse and keyboard - I still have to reach over and hit the A and B buttons when I answer Vinny calls on the phone, or want to sleep time skip - that isn't properly coded there, with the controls, and I spent way too much time combing through the options menu to see if that's some sort of key-mapping issue. It isn't. It's just hard-coded with a controller in mind for the console version. I am not going to unplug my controller each time, that'd require me to crawl behind the desk, just for one game that doesn't know how to behave.
All in all, I really like the game, but there's a lot to still work on.
As of now, I'd only suggest this game based on whether you like what you see and have a lot of patience for wonky controls.
