Having gone through therapy in my childhood and then again in adulthood, my perspective on how I think and how my thinking affects my actions is much different than most. Here is one topic I learned a lot about: thinkinng errors. Thinking errors are, like the name suggests, errors in the ways we think, whether it be generalizations of others, blaming that results in us not seeing our responsibility for actions, or even rationalization which can make even the worst actions seem acceptable. I'll share a few, but there are many more out there.
