I bought this ATX Analyser and it is hopeless for testing faulty Power Supplies! OK it works fine for testing power supplies that are already working anyway, but what is the point of that?

So after spending well over two hours on this previous ATX repair because this stupid analyzer showed it was completely dead when in fact only the 12V supply was missing, I decided it was about time to fix this thing and actually make it fit for it's purpose - to test and diagnose faulty ATX Power supplies!

Can I get it to work properly, and how much would it cost to do that?
