Hacking an iPhone is tough. In fact, last year Apple & FBI had a battle over the access of information & Apple didn't share a shooter's iPhone information because of privacy concerns.

What I wonder is that earlier people were not able to use a stolen iPhone but if these kind of tools are available they can easily unlock any stolen iPhone and resell it as a factory reset unit and make money out of it. In fact with these kind of tools the worse part is that anyone can access your private information if the phone is stolen and you cannot feel safe anymore.
