I said it last test and I said it again, this build is OP especially when fully geared. You can basically 1-2 shot people after a full set. As for starting out with the budget version, you can use this build to dominate both pve and pvp in solo queue. With this build you can bully archers because after you get into melee range they are done, same with enemy wizards. After you farm some solo dungeons a full set of good gear for this build cost around 800-1400 gold depending how lucky you are. Buy true magic damage and additional magic damage items. Did I mention I was playing dark and darker?
