A customer brought in their new PC build because it was crashing when it got to temperature, after doing some digging I found that not only were the Thermal Pads Disintegrating, but the motherboard had a straight-up bend running across the top right under the CPU Socket. Enjoy this journey of discovery of how something "new" can be completely broken right out of the box.
