This is also tool-assisted like the last one, but instead of speedhacks I just gave myself infinite item uses so I could retry as many times as I want, and max level. That said all of this is doable with just 99 STR/ARC and a decent amount of Mind/Endurance/Vigor, you don't NEED max level
Everything involved in order:
Dumpling Helmet (10% when inflicted with madness, 60s, Howl of Shabriri buff only lasts 20s so it didn't last long enough to count here plus I think bloodboil overwrites it anyway)
Bloodboil Aromatic (35% physical, 60s)
Uplifting Aromatic (10%, 60s) (turns out this gets overwitten by Commander Standard, so ignore this too)
Commander Standard (20%, 30s)
Mushroom Crown (10% when poisoned nearby, 20s)
Kindred of Rot's Exultation (20% when poisoned nearby, 20s)
White Mask (10% when bleed nearby, 20s)
Lord of Blood's Exultation (20% when bleed nearby, 20s)
Royal Knight's Resolve (80%, like 35% on crits, 8s)
Jellyfish Shield (20%, 20s)
Occult Giant Crusher +25 (does slightly more than Quality for this weapon at 99STR/ARC)
Dagger Talisman (17% crit damage)
Perfumer's Talisman (i don't know what it does actually, I think it's just longer duration on perfumes but eh I had a free talisman slot)
