In this video, I had a pretty scary thought – that maybe I wasn’t going to be able to live up to the praise my friends and family gave me.

But after thinking about it for a while, I realised that I was actually pretty grateful for all the compliments and encouragement. I realised that it was really important to me to be validated by others, and that I wouldn’t be happy without it.
