This week has been a disaster for Xbox and Bethesda but to Phil Spencer's credit, he has not shied away from any of the criticisms. In a "tell-all inteview," Phil goes through the disappointment of Redfall, the heavy expectations put upon Starfield, the drought of information on currently announced Xbox first party titles, and so much more. Kudos to the XCast crew as this was a must listen. With that, there's much I have to say on what Phil spoke on as not everything here I entirely agree with.
