for those who might want to sue keep in mind if it's a fact it cannot be slander and the fact of the matter is you go out and bother regular people everyday thinking the first amendment or any other rights are being being ignored when they're not but you won't recognize when it is being violated especially when you guys go out of your way to violate the privacy of innocent bystanders telling them there's no expectation of privacy in public but there is the government is allowed to record other people without consent but the average citizen needs consent some states have one party consent which is perfect for what you guys do but in a state where you need to party consent why even try to do what you do especially when it's not likely you got consent from the people before you barge and filming
