This is WHY I no longer play DayZ !
11Here are the main reasons WHY I stopped playing DayZ. Ever since they screwed it up, I literally can't play. or you think this kind of FPS and textures is playable?? maybe for some 10yo drooling kid, but i play on 40fps minimum, anything below i consider junk and unplayable.
As you can see, i can't even freaking get into the game.
Every other game (except Carmageddon Reincarnation that is crashing on start) works perfectly fine!
I can play games like Crysis 3, Dying Light, Far Cry 3 and 4, BF Hardline, BF4..etc all on MAXED OUT graphics in 1080p and getting 60 - 200fps!
KFA2 GTX 980 HoF is best single-gpu graphics card in the world as of 27.feb.2015 and FX8350 is very good CPU, regardless of what intel fans say, it has lot of power.
do the math noobs, if you have i7 4-core @ 3.8ghz, it is LESS power than my 8-Core @ 4.1ghz.
Intel has hyperthreading, so 4 intel cores, is nearly equal to 8 AMD cores. meaning you would need 4-core i7 @ 4.2ghz to be about at same level as FX8350 @ 4.1ghz, cuz hyperthreading is not equal to a full core.
for example:
1 intel hyperthreaded core @ 1ghz, would be about same as AMD's 2-core @ 1.8ghz. Its logic, common sense and math and all benchmarks confirm this. so if you know nothing about CPUs, don't talk. do some research.
bottom line ... is that every other game works perfectly fine, its just this gayz crap that is forever broken! ever since they started doing those map mods (adding those new cities), my fps dropped from 25-60 to 10-20 and then i stopped playing. So today i booted it up cuz Jericho asked me and this is what i got!
GAME IS BROKEN !!!! 2 years and those morons haven't been able to fix anything .. all they do is add new clothes and trees ... WTF do i do with clothes and trees if i can't even play ... what nonsense.
