5Kobayakawa Hideaki was a man who was defined by his cowardice. He was afraid of everything: spiders, heights, and especially fights.
At first, this didn't seem like such a big deal. Kobayakawa was content to live a quiet, unremarkable life. But as fate would have it, he found himself constantly thrust into dangerous situations.
Despite his fear, Kobayakawa always managed to find a way to escape. He would cower in the corner, whimpering and praying for someone else to take care of the problem.
Amazingly, despite his constant running and hiding, Kobayakawa always managed to emerge victorious. His enemies would chase him, thinking they had him cornered, only to trip and fall or get attacked by some other unforeseen obstacle.
Kobayakawa's luck seemed to be never-ending, and he began to see it as a sign that he was meant for greatness. He started to believe that he was a warrior, destined to defeat all who opposed him.
But deep down, Kobayakawa knew that his victories were nothing more than a fluke. He was a coward, plain and simple, and one day, his luck would run out.
And so he continued to run, hoping that one day he would find the courage to face his fears and become the hero he always dreamed of being.
