In the near future, a series of global events shifts the balance of power to where North Korea has grown strong enough to invade the United States. But not all is lost as there are pockets of resistance all over America who are fighting against the occupying forces and former Air Force colonel Jacobs has just been violently recruited in one of these groups as they make a desperate strike that could turn the tables against Korea.
