Mod author Jonx0r just uploaded a new Skyrim Mod to the Nexus called "Manure". Not only does this mod make farm animals "fertilise" the land of Skyrim but it also adds a powerful Daerdric artifact from Sheogorath called The Staff of Discharge, which causes NPC's to soil themselves. Sounds pretty Sheogorath if you ask me...
