Zbrush is amazing at sculpting, but not box modeling. Blender is great at box modeling but not so much sculpting (that's a lie, Blender is pretty good at sculpting too). In this short tutorial, I discuss "GoB" an addon that allows one to transfer models between Blender and Zbrush and Zbrush and Blender with just a single click of a button. It is legitimately an essential addon for anyone working with both programs.
