Screen recording of this years progress so far.
Been strict with No days off, no slacking.
Roughly averages to about 62 work outs a month. Which is 2 workouts a day, usually a run/trek of a morning and weight training of an evening.

Quarantine has been harder mentally but I’ve actually averaged 3 workouts a day cause I have more time.

So far we are 23 days into this month and I’m on workout 54 ✊👊
