Steps:
Open the threads app and tap on the profile icon in the bottom right corner to get to your profile page.
On your profile, tap the globe icon in the top left.
Choose ‘profiles you follow’ from the menu.
Tap ‘following’ at the top of the page.
Here you can see a list of every account that you are following on Threads.
You can use the search bar at the top to search for people you follow.
If you tap ‘see all’ above the search bar, you can see accounts that you are following on Instagram but not Threads.
